1. **Scope of application
1.1 These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") govern all services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by L'Horlogerie du Passage, whose registered office is at 18 Passage du Chantier, 75012 Paris (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"), to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").
1.2 The unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the Customer is required for any service to be provided. Acceptance is oral and/or written, depending on the type of service (see section 2.1).
2. **Service provision
2.1 Services may be ordered by the customer in writing or verbally. For services exceeding €100 including VAT, a written estimate is drawn up and the service is subject to written validation of the said estimate. In the absence of a quotation, the service is validated by oral and/or written agreement. Payment for the service constitutes proof of this tacit agreement.
2.2 Once the customer has accepted and paid for the service/product, the transaction is considered firm and final.
3. **Price and payment
3.1 The prices of the Services, expressed in euros, inclusive of all taxes, include the applicable VAT at 20%.
3.2 Payment is made on completion of the service, validating that the watch or timepiece has left the workshop.
3.3 Unless otherwise specified, no deposit is required. The request for a deposit is made by means of a written quotation and is subject to validation.
4. **Delivery of Services
4.1 Delivery times for Services are given as an indication only, and any delay will not give rise to damages.
5. **Warranty and Liability
5.1 The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Services in accordance with the specifications agreed with the Customer.
5.2 The Service Provider's liability is limited to the provision of the agreed Services.
6. **Confidentiality
6.1 The parties undertake to treat as confidential all commercial or technical information to which they have access in the performance of the contract.
7. **Transaction cancellations and refunds**.
7.1 Transaction cancellations are not accepted after the service has been confirmed. For services subject to an estimate, cancellation is possible within 30 days of completion, provided that it is made in writing.
7.2 No refund will be granted except in the case of a major defect or non-conformity of the service/product delivered, at the discretion of Horlogerie du Passage. Requests for refunds must be made in writing within 15 days of the service/product delivery.
7.3 Horlogerie du Passage reserves the right to consider cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis, with exceptions granted at the discretion of management.
8. **Applicable law and jurisdiction**.
8.1 These GCS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris.
