Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between acrylic, mineral and sapphire?
Acrylic is mainly found on vintage watches: it scratches but can be polished. Mineral glass resists scratches better. Sapphire is almost scratch-proof: it's the crystal of modern high-end watches. We fit the original type of crystal for your model.
How long does a crystal replacement take?
About 15 days, the time it takes to receive the crystal for your reference.
Should water resistance be checked after a crystal replacement?
Yes, we always recommend it: the water-resistance test is carried out after fitting.
